In the past year we have been awarded patents on our Magcat Textured Sphere for our unique texturing and manufacturing process. These patents not only validate our innovative prowess but also serve as indispensable shields, fortifying our ability to bring groundbreaking inventions to life whilst safeguarding our capacity to pioneer these new technologies.
At the core of our mission are our partners and ongoing investment in innovation. Customers not yet leveraging the superior filtration capabilities of AFS continue to experience shutdowns of hydrotreating process units due to catalyst bed pressure drop caused by suboptimal particulate filtering. In response, we developed a unique AFS design as well as optimized packing solutions to meet these challenges and extend catalyst bed life cycles capitalizing on the valuable catalytic activity remaining.
To further support our customers in finding optimized solutions, we have continued to innovate AFS. Our advancements have optimized particulate capture properties delivering a further 50% increase in catalyst bed lifetime, using proprietary CFD flow and filter modelling software to optimise the bed layering design as well as minimize start of run pressure drop.
