Apply to our Structured Graduate Management Trainee Program

Our Graduate Management Trainee program provides aspiring engineers, chemists and business management graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of UNICAT – from technical operations to strategic business functions.

Management Trainees will rotate between different departments for the purpose of learning how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes, getting to know our company’s functions, operations and supporting our Management Team with a variety of daily tasks.
