SR-101D is the next generation of iron-based hydrogen sulfide removal absorbent. SR-101D is a blend of iron oxides and promoters with a proprietary binder for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from natural gas, wet off-gas, air, or landfill gas. SR-101D is available in extrudates and spheres.

SR-109

SR-109

SR-109 is the most efficient, zinc based hydrogen sulfide removal absorbent for high temperature applications typical of SMR purification section. SR-109 is high purity zinc oxide with a proprietary binder for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from all gases and light hydrocarbon liquids. SR-109 is available in extrudates and spheres.

SR-110CX

SR-110CX

SR-110CX is an ultra-high porosity, high surface area Zinc Oxide absorbent for the desulfurization of natural gas and other light hydrocarbon feed stocks both in gas and liquid phase. Temperature operating range is ambient to 400 °C. SR110CX can capture H2S, Arsine, light mercaptans and with its special proprietary carrier can promote the hydrolysis of COS in cold applications, unlike any other low temperature ZnO on the market. Common feed stocks for COS purification are propylene, ethylene and propane.

SR-111 is high density, high purity ZnO for maximum H2S removal in natural gas, LPG and other light hydrocarbon or for SMR feedstocks.

SR-112DMP

SR-112DMP

SR-112DMP is a high surface area zinc-manganese based sulphur removal absorbent for low or medium temperature applications. SR-112DMP is a combination of manganese oxide and zinc oxide with a proprietary carrier for the removal of hydrogen sulphide, mercaptans and arsine from all type of gases and light liquid hydrocarbons. It is often used in non-copper-based application. SR-112DMP is available in extrudates.

SR-114

SR-114

SR-114 is a specially formulated ZnO promoted with CuO and MoO3 for the polishing sections of the traditional ZnO reactors. It is recommended in applications where sulphur needs to be reduced at ppb levels.

SR-115CR

SR-115CR

SR-115CR is a pre-reduced MnO absorbent designed for very high temperature applications that are above the recommended temperature for traditional ZnO based sulfur removal catalysts. In the presence of hydrogen, SR-115CR can also remove COS and trace RSH. The primary applications for SR-115CR are platformer recycle gas and reformer sulfur guards. SR-115 CR series catalysts can also be used in LPG, NHT, natural gas and other hydrocarbon purification applications.

NSR-116RX is a high nickel-based absorbent for the removal of all sulfur compounds including H2S, COS, RSH, RSR, RSSR, and thiophenes from both liquid and vapor phase hydrocarbon streams. NSR-116RX is shipped pre-reduced and pacified for easy handling and startup.

NSR-120RX is a nickel-based absorbent for the removal of all sulfur compounds including H2S, COS, RSH, RSR, RSSR, and thiophenes from both liquid and vapor phase hydrocarbon streams. NSR-120RX is shipped prereduced and pacified for easy handling and startup.

TSR-113

TSR-113

TSR-113 is a specialty sulfur removal catalyst intended for removal of traces of H2S, light mercaptan, DMS, CS2, COS and other light sulfur species. The product has multi-metal promotion of Fe2O3, MnO2, and Na2O on activated carbon and it is intended mainly for gas phase and low temperature applications. It is also used in applications where copper-based materials are not recommended.

TSR-122E

TSR-122E

TSR-122E is the premier product for removing H2S in low temperature applications. TSR-122E utilizes a high concentration of Copper Carbonate for maximum H2S absorption and will remove COS, CS2, and mercaptans. TSR-122E is ideal for light hydrocarbon and CO2 rich applications, both gases and liquids. TSR-122E will remove H2S down to ppb ranges.

TSR-123 is a high absorption capacity copperzinc- based absorbent for the removal of sulfur (H2S, COS, RSH), AsH3, and PH3 from both liquid and vapor phase hydrocarbon streams up to naphtha density. This product does not release CO2.

TSR-127

TSR-127 is a maximum absorption capacity CuO based catalyst for the removal of light sulfur species such as CS2, H2S, DMS, COS, and the full range of mercaptans from both liquid and vapor phase hydrocarbon streams up to naphtha density. This product can also remove Arsine and Phosphine and will not release CO2 in these applications.

TSR-12SF

TSR-12SF is a specialty, carbon-based bi-metal promoted, sulfur absorbent intended for the removal of trace H2S, COS, and light organic sulfur species. TSR-12SF is designed to meet some of the most stringent outlet sulfur specifications. TSR-12SF is intended for both gas and liquid applications at ambient temperature.

TSR-12 is a high surface area copper impregnated activated carbon for bulk removal of sulfur species, especially H2S in vapor phase applications. Common applications include natural gas streams, refinery gases, and CO2 gas streams. TSR-12 is also regenerable.

CLX-13X

CLX-13X is a zeolite-based chloride removal adsorbent. CLX-13X is molecular sieve effective for the removal of hydrogen chloride and organic chlorides from all gases and light hydrocarbon liquids. Additionally, CLX-13 can be steam purged without the caking of the bed and therefore does not require the more expensive nitrogen purge required by sodium-based products.

CR-20 is a high-capacity, alumina based, chlorideremoval absorbent. CR-20 is sodium impregnated activated alumina for the removal of hydrogen chloride from all gases and light hydrocarbon liquids.

CR-909 is an advanced chloride removal catalyst exhibiting exceptional capacity to remove trace organic and inorganic chlorides at low temperatures using a high metal landing of salt forming alkaline metals. The product can be used in both liquid and gas operations.

AR-201 is a high activity, maximum absorption capacity, lead based arsine and trace sulfur removal catalyst for use in propylene, propane, ethane, and light hydrocarbon streams. AR-201is targeted to remove trace COS, and specifically arsine and TMA. AR-201 use is specific to applications that cannot use Cu based product due to possible formation of unstable Cu-Acetylide compounds.

UNICAT’s CHC-5 is a promoted activated alumina catalyst used in the selective hydrolysis of COS to H2S at ambient or high temperatures in liquid or gas hydrocarbon streams such as propylene, propane, butane and similar light hydrocarbons. CHC-5 is a spherically shaped product that is also capable of removing H2S, CO2, and H2O in ethylene or hydrogen plants.

Mercury Removal

MR-12

MR-12 is a novel high-capacity mercury adsorbent based on metal promoted activated carbon for the removal of elemental and organic mercury. MR-12 is intended for gas phase, but can also be used in liquid phase applications. MR-12 is recommended for challenging gas phase operations with presence of mix-phase or liquid carry overs (both water and hydrocarbons based).

MR-13 is a coal-based activated carbon support impregnated with sulfur for the removal of trace elemental and organic mercury. The captured mercury is chemically bound to the carbon and thus the spent carbon is very resistant to release the absorbed mercury. MR-13 is intended for applications where reducing gases are processed.

MR-15A is a high capacity copper sulfide absorbent on alumina support for the removal of trace elemental mercury. The captured mercury is chemically bound to the copper and thus the spent absorbent is very resistant to release the absorbed mercury. MR-15 is intended for both gas and liquid applications at ambient temperature.

MR-16AG-2 is a high capacity, silver promoted 4A type zeolite for the removal of inorganic mercury in hydrocarbon gas applications such as natural gas, naphtha, and refinery off gas. The temperature operating range for MR-16AG-2 is ambient to 150 F (with the the regeneration cycle at 550 F) with the ability to reduce outlet Hg content to the 1 ppt range. MR-16AG-2 is a uniquely designed product that allows the customer to remove Hg with a regenerable system.

UNISORB-COS is an aluminum oxide based adsorbent for the selective adsorption of COS, H2S, CS2, and H2 O from propylene or other olefinic streams. In the production of polyethylene, polypropylene and styrene production process, UNISORB-COS can selectively adsorb COS, CO2, H2S, to prevent the downstream catalyst poisoning, thereby prolonging the service life of the catalyst.

UNISORB CX adsorbent is a spherical specialty alumina-zeolite composite adsorbent with low reactivity. UNISORB CX adsorbent is used primarily for the removal of oxygenated hydro-carbons (oxygenates), organic sulfur, and nitrogen-based polar compounds from saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon streams. There is particular interest in its use in purifying propylene and mixed C4 feed streams to catalytic processes, including polypropylene and other hydrocarbon streams the catalyst.

UNIMOL-13SR is an excellent adsorbent for removing carbon dioxide, water, hydrogen sulfide and other weak polar molecules. UNIMOL-13SR has a strong specialty binder which permits multiple regeneration cycles and pressure swings and therefore is a long run life adsorbent.
